Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are the bread and butter of our Solcana offerings. We offer daily 12-person group classes with tons of 1-on-1 coach attention to make sure you are moving safely and getting your best workout. Our classes combine body weight movements with barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell strength training, and heart-pumping metabolic training. Learn to lift well and move well so you can avoid injury and live a strong, supported, pain free life. We pride ourselves on our ability to modify for all needs in our classes, so your workout can be totally customized to your body and your abilities.

Beginner Fitness: [Em]Power

Our beginner program is ideal for anyone who wants to join our group classes but is scared to get started. If you've been out of a gym for a long time, or have never even worked out before, this is a great place to start. [Em]Power is a 6-week program for a group of 10 people who will work together with the same coach 2x per week to learn basic strength and body weight movements. Six weeks to become stronger and more confident with a group of new folks just like you!

Speciality Classes

We take great pride in ensuring that our classes are accessible to communities that are often overlooked in the fitness industry. Our specialty classes are designed to provide a supportive environment with tailored programming to cater to a diverse range of individuals. Our current speciality class offerings are: Trans Strength, Big Body Fitness, and Women Over 50. We also offer Solcacro, which is an acro yoga program open to all levels.

We invite you to try one of our specialty classes as part of our 14-day trial, and we are excited to show you that fitness is truly inclusive and can benefit everyone.

We offer 1-on-1 sessions for all types of goals, and have a wide variety of coaches who can work with you. Our staff is trauma-informed, and are certified in everything from mobility & injury recovery, to powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. If you want to start your experience with a personal coach who programs around your body and your goals, this is the place to start.

Body Relationship Bootcamp

BRB is a revolutionary program to help you meaningfully connect with your body. This 12-week series combines small group zoom classes, 1-on-1 weekly phone or zoom coaching, plus access to our in-person or online group classes. Participants in Body Relationship Bootcamp walk away with a completely new relationship with their body, with food and with movement. They find joy in moving again and learn to stop pressuring themselves to achieve the perfect outcomes. They let go of shame and build pride around what their bodies can do. This is our most full-service transformative program that will truly change your life.
