Our key goals for the summer include:
Deadlift Domination: Build serious total body strength with our dedicated deadlift progression. You'll be ready to smash your PRs in life and at Drop Deadlift Gorgeous!
Serious Muscle Building: Focus on upper and lower body muscle development to get "swole" and establish a powerful foundation for continued strength gains.

Introducing: Group Fit Express!
We're thrilled to announce a brand new addition to our schedule: Group Fit Express! Join us Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7 AM for an incredibly efficient and effective workout.
These express classes deliver a powerful punch in half the time of our regular Group Fitness sessions. They're perfect for those who crave a blend of strength and cardiovascular challenge and can follow along with minimal demonstrations. While our coaches are always there to support you, these classes move at a faster pace. Curious? Give it a try!
Your Weekly Flow: What to Expect
Here's a breakdown of what your training week will look like this summer:
MONDAYS and TUESDAYS: Choose Your Own Adventure STRENGTH! Get ready to lift heavy! These days are all about smaller sets with bigger weights. Expect movements like Deadlifts (of course!), an Upper Body Medley, Chin Ups, and Front Squats to build serious power.
WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS: Metabolic & Muscular CONDITIONING and ENDURANCE Prepare to get your heart rate up and feel the burn! We're focusing on peaking heart rates, high reps with lighter weights, and extended time under tension. Look forward to Long Metcons, Pacing Challenges, High Rep Strength, Skill Work, Abs, Glutes, Cardio, and so much more!
FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS: Hypertrophy (aka Muscle Building) We'll be doing sets of 8-15 reps, pushing you right to the brink of your muscular limits. Get ready for Clusters, Bench Press, and a dynamic Body Building Medley.
SUNDAYS: Now with GROUP FITNESS! Did you miss it? We've officially added Group Fitness classes on Sundays! This cycle, our Sunday Group Fit sessions are inspired by Fat Fitness and expertly programmed by Coach Kk. Expect a powerful blend of Strength, Strong Person movements, and High-Intensity Intervals – the perfect way to cap off your workout week!
Throughout the Week: Back Squat & Deadlift Accessory Work These crucial movements will build incredible full-body stability and strength, making your foundational strength even more resilient and preparing you for future gains.
