Solcana Community Council 2025

Please welcome our new Solcana Community Council! Our original plan was to have applicants, and then vote to get down to a group of 8, but we ended up with exactly 8 applicants, so we were able to get the council going without an election. They had their first meeting this past week, and here is their message to the Solcana community:

"We are the new Solcana Community Council, and we're excited to help Solcana maintain the positive energy and sense of community that makes this gym so special. Our goal is to listen to your feedback and ideas while also working to extend Solcana's positive impact into the wider community.

We are a diverse group with a range of backgrounds and professions, and we're passionate about improving the lives of underserved and marginalized communities. We're still working on our first initiative, but we're grateful to Solcana for the opportunity to work locally and give back.

We are: Ev Bing, Mary Bauer, Lindsey Middlecamp, Sara Hartfeldt, Levi Weinhagen, Justine Sveen, Erik Arveseth, and Saumya Verma. Please feel free to approach any of us at the gym with your ideas for community initiatives or suggestions for positive change… tell us who YOU are!
