Event #4
Event #4 starts this Friday, 3/28/25. The Event and Workout details are below, including a video walking you through all the different workout options.
Event #4 Theme: 🎉 Team Spirit!!! 🤸 Wear your team uniform and try to get as many of your teammates to the same workout as possible. Do your team cheer, share your team snack and buddy up. It's the penultimate event, you want your team in your corner and we want to see all that Team Spirit!
Friday Night Lights After Party: We will continue to wander over to Arbiter for $1 off taps and post-workout chill.
Event #4 Team Challenge: Cheer your teammates on. Check out this AMAZING REEL if you want some hot tips on cheering! This workout will be a serious grind; PR your supportive, consensual encouragement!

We've got another 2-parter on our hands. Part A will be all about strength and endurance. Part B will be an all out lung+leg celebration of discomfort. 🎉😂

Hot Tips:
Choose different categories for Part A and Part B as you like! Find a good balance of challenges so it is not a purely cardio or abdominal focus.
Choose your category based on the weight you want to use. We have created the categories mainly based on bar weight and offered a lot of core challenge options so that everyone can engage in the categories that feel most meaningful for them.
Pacing! With a 1+1 style workout, it can be tempting to go really fast through the first rounds. Yes, AND, keep it around 70% at first to make sure you don't end up just resting for most of the last few minutes.
A lot of us will be limited by how many of our chosen Core Option we can do. In some ways, that is just a good thing to be emotionally prepared for. ;)
Things to know about the movement standards:
We will be working hard to hold each other to our chosen Depth Standard for the Front Squats and the Wall Balls. If you anticipate having a really hard time with that standard, choose Sun/Moon/Play and work on that depth for next year.
If you choose the Sit Up option, we will look for hands then shoulders to contact the floor and try to hold each other to that standard. The other options will require us to connect a bit more to quality over speed, so just do your best to get a solid core activation for each rep.
