
2025 Fall Challenge, Full Results!
We got so very strong this Fall. Going on this strength journey as a community was so inspiring and beautiful. Thank you to everyone who participated, officially and unofficially.
As a gym we hit over 💥500 Personal Records (PRs)💖 in Back Squat, Bench Press, and Broad Jump during the test out phase of the Fall Challenge. I also personally saw a metric ass ton of Quality PRs. This means people were not only concerned with weight on the bar, but were equally as concerned with learning how to support themselves with skill and intention.
With 225 people officially registered for The Challenge, we made some really significant progress as a gym. Compared to the test-in:
🐇We JUMPED 2452 inches farther!
🪑We Benched 2002 more pounds!
🧅We Squatted 6232 more pounds!!!
In addition to these impressive gym wide gains, we had a lot of individual athletes make significant progress. Take a look below for those results.
Overall, we love doing this kind of thing. It brings us together around common goals and experiences as a gym and as a community. It inspires us to cheer each other on, set our own goals, and work hard to achieve them. If you made progress, you know that you also inspired those around you, just as you were inspired by everyone around you working hard to meet themselves day to day and put in the effort. In working together the effort becomes, if not enjoyable to everyone, at least more tolerable and maybe even fun.
